Data we process

Name, company, email, phone and the details of your request from our quote and contact forms; respondent answers and demographic information in fieldwork; technical log data on the site (IP address, browser, time of visit). Special-category data is processed only with your explicit consent and where the research purpose requires it.

Purposes and legal basis

Responding to your request and preparing proposals (pre-contractual steps, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); performing contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(b)); producing research reports and improving our service (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); newsletter and statistics cookies (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)); legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Field data is reported only in aggregated, anonymised form.

Retention

Form data for up to 24 months; project data for the contract term and statutory retention periods; raw field data is anonymised or deleted within 12 months of project close; log data for 6 months.

International transfers

Data may be transferred between Türkiye and the EU/UK. For EU/UK-origin data we rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK IDTA/Addendum; transfers under KVKK follow Board decisions and undertakings. Sharing with international field partners occurs only under NDA and after anonymisation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase (be forgotten), restrict processing, object, obtain portability and withdraw consent. Send requests to info@loginsight.com.tr; we respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK), the supervisory authority of your EU member state, or the ICO in the UK.

Cookies and consent

Essential cookies (language preference, session) do not require consent. Statistics cookies are activated only after your explicit opt-in on the cookie banner; no advertising cookies are used. You can change your preferences at any time from this page.

Research ethics

In fieldwork we follow the ICC/ESOMAR International Code: participation is voluntary, respondents may withdraw at any time, answers are used solely for research and are never shared for sales or marketing.
